Collectible Disclosures

Effective August 26, 2026

Circuit 5850 components are interactive digital collectibles within one participatory artwork.

Collectible purpose

A component records a permanent footprint in the artwork and supports identity, visual signaling and neighbor connections. These are expressive and participatory features, not financial entitlements.

No investment promise

Components provide no ownership in a company or project treasury, no revenue share, no dividend, no yield and no right to profits. No resale market, liquidity, price increase or financial return is promised.

Fixed initial sale

The intended initial price is based on footprint at 10 USDC per cell: 10 USDC for a Node, 40 USDC for a Module and 360 USDC for a Block. Gas is paid separately to the network. One reserved Block is project-held and is not sold.

Completion and living artwork

The completion seed and Base block inputs determine public visual behavior. They do not assign rarity, rewards, prizes or economic advantages. Every component remains governed by its predefined footprint and the same per-cell initial pricing rule.

Transfers and royalties

Owners may transfer NFTs where supported. Marketplace availability and creator-royalty collection depend on third-party systems and are not guaranteed. Creator royalties, when collected, are paid to the project treasury—not to NFT holders.

Technology risks

Wallet compromise, irreversible transactions, smart-contract defects, RPC outages, marketplace changes, chain disruptions, external-media failure and regulatory changes can affect use or value. Permanent metadata and public reconstruction reduce some dependencies but cannot eliminate all risks.

Independent networks and services

Circuit 5850 is built on Base but is not issued, sponsored or guaranteed by Base, Coinbase, OpenSea, Circle, wallet providers or other third parties.
