These terms govern the Circuit 5850 website, component interface and initial NFT collection.
1. The artwork
Circuit 5850 is one 100×100 participatory digital artwork containing 10,000 cells and 5,850 predefined NFT components. Each component has a permanent coordinate and footprint. Ownership, published identity and permitted connections may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You may use the site only where lawful and only if you can enter a binding agreement. You may not use the site if sanctions, export controls or local law prohibit the transaction. Geographic availability may be limited at launch.
3. Wallet transactions
You control your wallet and approve every transaction. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for wallet security, network fees, taxes and verifying the contract address shown through official Circuit 5850 channels. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, completed onchain purchases are final.
4. What ownership includes
Owning a component means owning the associated ERC-721 token and controlling the component features made available by Circuit 5850. It does not transfer ownership of the Circuit 5850 name, software, collection artwork, trademarks or other project intellectual property. Owners may display their component and associated public metadata for personal, editorial and marketplace use.
5. No financial rights
A component provides no equity, debt, revenue share, dividend, yield, treasury claim or right to manage project funds. Circuit 5850 does not promise liquidity, resale value, appreciation or profit.
6. Owner identity and content
Owners may publish a display name, short mark, media reference and destination. Published information may be public and permanent. Content must follow the Content Rules. Unsafe or unlawful content may be hidden from project-operated interfaces without changing token ownership.
7. Completion program
When all components are issued, the contract records a completion block, timestamp and artistic seed. The seed controls public visual output only. It creates no prize, rarity tier or financial benefit for any component.
8. Availability and changes
The blockchain record may remain available when a website, wallet, marketplace, RPC service or external owner-media host is unavailable. Interfaces may be updated for security, compatibility, moderation and accessibility while permanent token coordinates and the committed manifest remain unchanged.
9. Third parties
Base, wallet providers, marketplaces, RPC services and media hosts operate independently. Their names and services do not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Circuit 5850. Their own terms may apply.
10. Responsibility
Use of wallets and blockchain networks involves technical and market risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circuit 5850 is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Updates
Material changes will be dated and published on the official site. Terms applicable to a completed purchase will remain available in the project archive.
